The Western Africa Forum for Environmental Education (WAFfEE) is dedicated to promoting the embrace of sustainable living, while also working to enhance community based environmental education and raising awareness on climate change and sustainable platforms for poverty alleviation. We also work via building up the communities appreciation and understanding of environmental management and the impacts of environmental damage on lives and livelihoods and ultimately how best to mitigate these.
WAFFEE facilities community-led programmes for enhancing sustainable livelihoods, via providing training and or support in the delivery of sustainable communities, energy, agriculture and sustainable income generation on platforms which facilitate practical research, education and access to eradicating the suffering of the poor while simultaneously promoting climate change awareness and adaptation education".
