With a focus on making the world a better place for all to live, at WAFfEE, our Environmental Education & Adaptation Programme recognises that: 200 billion kg of soot and CO2 are emitted each year, polluting homes and warming the Earth's atmosphere.
Thus, WAFfEE works to build community based awareness on the interrelationships and effects of of our everyday life on the environment, disseminating education on climate change and its effects, prompting sustainable lifestyle changes that can be made to help slow climate change and enabling increased adaptation capabilities in the community.
At WAFfEE we are of the notion that all members of communities can achieve innovative ways of earning a and maintaining a continuously sustainable livelihood while showing respect to preserving and enhancing the sustainability of both environment and the community at large and as such work with disabled groups, youth and women led initiatives to promote and achieve same.
With a Focus on alleviating Energy Poverty, via promoting clean energy for ALL, at WAFfEE, our Electrification Education & Adaptation Programme is designed to facilitate the delivery of clean lighting to all.

WAFfEE's Action Research Programme is a new initiative responding to the urgent need to document the understandings, solutions and out comes of related project efforts. To date this includes joint research project collaborations for execution with partners including academic and none institutions across the globe.
